Here, life becomes a story and imagination becomes a space to explore. Ahead lie a logbook, a house beyond the mirror, its characters, and worlds still waiting to be discovered.
I kept coming back to one question: what happens when people start creating together?
A world begins with love
NASTYA
NASTYA, you made this world possible. I love you.
Thank you for our years together, for everything you have been through beside me, and for your care, strength, and support. You carried so much and helped keep room in my life for creating.
For me, this world began when we met. My love for you awakened my creative energy — the desire to imagine, create, and share life. This story holds my tenderness and gratitude for you.
An artistic portrait of NASTYA in FANTAZĒRIA.
TO MY FAMILY
I love my family so deeply — so talented, and each of you so different. Thank you for your support, for believing in me and my dreams, even when my ideas are hard to explain.
My mother, VIKTORIA, is a teacher. My father, YURI, is a teacher and musician.
There are five children in our family. I am the eldest. My brothers are DAVID, ANTON, and GRIGORY. My sister is ANASTASIA. DAVID is an actor and theatre critic; ANTON works in IT; ANASTASIA is studying to become a teacher.
GRISHA is my magical brother. I love him and hold him so very close to my heart. Your warmth is part of this story too.

Before the First Entry
I was born in Vladivostok. As a child, I thought of becoming a soldier and planned to apply to a Suvorov military school. But I chose a ballet school instead.
Between the sword and the harp, I chose the harp — culture and creation.
My path in ballet began in my hometown. At thirteen, I left to study in Novosibirsk. Later, I performed at the Novosibirsk Opera and Ballet Theatre.
Stage memories
On stage. Movement preceded by hours of rehearsal.A story told through the body on stage.
I then danced in Saint Petersburg at BORIS EIFMAN’s theatre, and in Moscow with the KREMLIN BALLET.
Inside a performance
Inside a performance: character and movement. The stage is also a living exchange with your partners.
I toured Russia and the world with the Novosibirsk theatre, the KREMLIN BALLET, and other companies. The Olympics were also part of my life on stage. Ballet opened the world to me and taught me to be part of something larger.

In Moscow, I was becoming increasingly interested in producing. I was already taking a course and planned to apply to GITIS to study producing.
Face and character

I was also building an advertising agency of my own, ART OCULUS — my first attempt at starting a company. We met at a café opposite the Kremlin. I assembled the team and recruited promoters, organized projects, and went out to hand out flyers myself to understand how the supervisors worked. I wanted to be inside the process.
YULIA KOROTKOVA took part in creating the agency. She dreamed of moving to America, and that dream came true. Today she lives in New York and works on substantial projects. It makes me happy to see someone follow their own path.
While working with the KREMLIN BALLET, I met an entrepreneur. I was twenty. He saw entrepreneurial potential in me and offered me a position as his personal assistant and work in his company. It opened up a different scale of work and thinking: behind an idea, I had to see how an entire business functioned.
I am grateful to him for opening that door into business. I would like to find him, reconnect, and perhaps one day create projects together.
Later, I worked at 2GIS.
After returning to Vladivostok, I went back on stage, this time at the Primorsky Stage of the Mariinsky Theatre. I performed corps de ballet, coryphée, and solo roles. ROTHBART in Swan Lake remains my greatest personal achievement on stage.

In Vladivostok, my longtime friend DMITRY VOYTSEKHOVSKY and I began trying out projects together around 2015. The spirit of the sea and the mist lives in him too. Later, he moved to Yaroslavl.
What follows is how the desire to create together became a question at the heart of my project work.

2018 · as the author remembers it
See the Whole
My friend DENIS DENISOV became my first serious business partner. He proposed PINK ZIL: painting ZIL trucks pink and using them as advertising space in Vladivostok.
DENIS asked me to write a business plan. I began researching and designing: what the idea would need, how it could work, and who would be responsible for what. In 2018, I was becoming increasingly interested in how a whole venture works: people, decisions, resources, action, results.
Ten people with different roles came together for the project. We did not manage to align our interests and went our separate ways. I am grateful to everyone who was part of that attempt.
Then DENIS and I bought a mobile children’s planetarium franchise and took it to kindergartens. We ran it for about a year, then realized it was not the business for us. We sold it before COVID. We remained friends, each following our own path.
Alongside the business plan, a harder task emerged: building a shared venture in which people could act together.
What if we found a way to create different things together?

2020 · the team’s first materials
TOCHKA SOPRYAZHENIYA
With the TOCHKA SOPRYAZHENIYA team, the question became practical. How could we bring together different perspectives, roles, and abilities to build something shared?
In a 2020 document, we called our approach TIV — TECHNOLOGY OF INTEGRAL INTERACTION. I wrote its introduction and mechanics myself. We then developed the materials together; I held the architecture and conceptual direction of the work.
I wanted the shared project to have a purpose without anyone on the team losing their own perspective or contribution. TIV’s title page credits the integral team as its authors. This story includes both my original idea and other people’s work.
Alongside work, there was always a creative life. My archive also holds the searching of 2015: music, images, meetings.
Creative projects: trying, playing, imagining.Trying on different images to get to know myself.
In 2020, I ended my career as a ballet dancer. I then joined the Primorsky Regional Puppet Theatre, initially working on the building itself. I invited MIKHAIL FROLOV and ARTEM BELOKONSKYto join me. MIKHAIL worked as an editor, and ARTEM as a lighting technician. Alongside that work, we were developing our own project—sometimes living almost entirely on instant noodles.

The guitar is another way I tell stories.2015. A guitar, a hat, and a time of creative searching.
Later, I became the theater’s administrator. We toured, helped the theater develop, and brought people and new ideas together around the stage. In 2022, I worked on the stage movement for DERSU UZALA. That same year, we began working independently.
Beyond the stage

Later, for several years, I invited DMITRY to return from Yaroslavl to Vladivostok and join the team. He decided to leave his work and projects there and move back. I appreciate the risk he took.

Onstage, on a team, and in the city, I learned the same lesson: an idea comes alive when people become part of it.

late 2024–January 2025 · a new practice
My Own Project Practice
By the end of 2024, the previous form of our TOCHKA SOPRYAZHENIYA team had come to an end. It was painful for me: behind the working relationship were years of friendship and shared ideas. Some joint work continued through December.
Finding my own language
At different times, I was drawn to punk and the avant-garde, to experiments with consciousness and familiar ways of seeing.
There were times like these too: punk, spontaneity, and finding my own language.Different faces of one period: experiments with appearance and self-perception.
The avant-garde

Then we went our separate ways. I was left with a question: where do I go now? Our shared plans no longer held their old shape. In that loneliness, I had to face reality — the things that did not fit my picture of how everything was supposed to work out.
Alone with myself
By the sea, I could be alone with myself and hear my own questions.Even amid searching and uncertainty, there was still movement in me.
My illusions could no longer give me something to stand on. I had no new answers yet. I had to find my own path again, and test it through work.
Experiments and searching
One period of crisis and searching for myself.Rope jumping. Another way to face fear and feel movement.
Now I can look back on that time more calmly, with gratitude for what we lived through. We are on good terms again — DIMA, the others, and me. There may still be big new projects and shared achievements ahead of us.
For December 2024, I announced an intensive course on DEVELOPING AN ENTREPRENEURIAL MINDSET with participation from SHOOM ME and support from the MB25club. I was increasingly approaching entrepreneurs with a question: how can we see the whole and choose an action?
In those same months, my own practice was taking shape— BELOZEROV — INTEGRAL PROJECTS: working with an idea, its people, and the structure of a project as one connected task. It did not emerge in a single day from a single event; I gradually found its name and form.
Around a shared task
Strategy sessions, conferences, and community work gave me a chance to test my thinking in conversation with people.
A strategy session. Bringing different perspectives around a shared task.Explaining an idea through connections, diagrams, and questions.
In a conversation with RBC in January 2025, I described my specialty as business architecture: business models, strategy, development plans, and team structure. A listing from the Entrepreneurship Development Center introduced me as the Bureau’s founder and the speaker for a workshop on strategy sessions.
Speaking and listening
Presenting a shared solution and hearing the feedback. After working together at a strategy session.Listening and thinking are as much a part of the work as speaking.
One of my posts preserves a meeting at the RBC.VOSTOKstudio. With TATYANA KLEYMENOVA and VIKTOR PAKHMUTOV, we discussed youth entrepreneurship in Primorye and how to grow a business. This work has faces and real conversations behind it, not just a diagram on paper.
What interests me is not a polished plan on its own, but the moment when participants start seeing the shared picture and understand what they can do together. That is how scattered ideas become a workable form. That habit — bringing different perspectives into a whole — also helps me give the artistic world a form.
First, see the connections. Then, give the idea a form.

Video, photography, sound, and visual projects continue his creative journey. If you work with these kinds of challenges, I recommend exploring the team’s work.

January 2025–October 2026 · work and a new chapter
Build an Environment
Since January 2025, ALEXANDER SKLYAR has been alongside me as my mentor. We meet almost every week. He believed in me and my projects and supported the work financially, giving me more time to develop it. ALEXANDER, thank you for your trust, our conversations, and your tangible support. It means a great deal to me.
In 2025–2026, I spent almost a year working inside the Vladivostok furniture factory DV GROUP. I came there to research and work in practice: to see how theories and models function in a real business. Together with its owner, I examined how the company worked and helped establish clear processes.
The factory owner, DMITRY RUBTSOV, taught me a great deal about work, responsibility, and diligence. For me, he became an example of a hands-on owner and a man whose support I could rely on. DMITRY, thank you for all you taught me.
While working at DV GROUP, I met MIKHAIL PETROV and invited him to help me with the work. We thought through projects together. Through his presence and our work together, MIKHAIL helped me come out of a very difficult period and return to working.
Today we develop his shops together; MIKHAIL has his own path. One of his projects is BAI HU CHA — WHITE TIGER TEA.
During this period, DANIIL ILYASHCHENKO and I became friends. Our conversations, walks, debates about the future, and work with neural networks continue today. DANIIL has made an important contribution to how I see neural networks and work with them.
Through that work, those meetings, and those conversations, I gradually found new ground to stand on. I began connecting my experience and ideas so I could move forward.
At the end of August 2026, work with concrete situations began taking shape as MOZG and VOLSHEBNAYA TABLETKA. Methods, project memory, and shared tools grew alongside them.
On September 9, 2026, the code history of BELOZEROV OSbegan. In October 2026, the project threads started coming together into a connected ecosystem. I am learning to turn ideas into things that work and help people.
Amid this intense work, I also began giving new form to the world that had begun with love: the stories, images, and music of FANTAZĒRIA.

FANTAZĒRIA · an artistic space
Open the Door
I used to close my eyes before sleep and imagine walking up to a mirror. Beyond it was a long, inviting corridor with a red carpet, paintings, side lighting, and a marble-patterned floor. A red folding screen waited at the far end.
That idea has now become the first FANTAZĒRIA story. On the shore, FANTAZĒROV meets a guest and invites them through the mirror. A corridor with a red carpet leads to a curtain; beyond it is a terrace above the sea. From here we take off and fly along the coast. We first see the house on the cliff from outside.
After the flight, we enter the large hall: a green sofa, Tiffany lamps, books, a high dome, a fireplace. From the hall we move into the workshop, where a thought can become a new world. Then we return to the hall — back to our loved ones.
This is the home of FANTAZĒROV , my creative alter ego. Loved ones live here, unexpected guests arrive, and journeys begin. If another world calls me, I first want to know who has come and why. Then I decide whether to begin the adventure now or leave it for another time.
The love I speak of at the beginning of this journal gave FANTAZĒRIA its first spark. The habit of noticing connections, asking questions, and giving ideas a form helps me create this world without a ceiling.
Beyond the mirror, a conversation begins, rather than an answer.

What grew from this story
Today, several paths share one intention.
I am bringing together BELOZĒROV WORLD / THE WORLDS OF BELOZEROV: a place to imagine the future, test an idea in practice, and find people to work with. Each direction has its own purpose and entrance.
